How the guarantee works
- You activate an alert for a specific procedure and province (€14.99 or €19.99 VIP).
- We monitor the official Spanish immigration appointment system day and night for 14 days.
- If we send you at least one alert during those 14 days — even if you didn't reach it in time — the guarantee does not apply. Slots are released and reserved within 60-120 seconds; whether you book or not is up to you.
- If we send you zero alerts in 14 days, the full amount is refunded.
How the refund reaches you
- On day 14 we check our logs.
- If we sent you zero alerts, we refund the full amount to your original payment method that same day. You don't have to ask, email us or fill in any form.
- We email you to confirm it. Your bank shows it within 5-10 business days.
