What we are

HayCita is a real-time monitoring service that watches the official Spanish immigration appointment system (ICPPlus, run by the Ministry of Interior) across all 52 provinces, 24 hours a day. The moment a slot opens for the procedure and province you've selected, we send you an instant email, Telegram message, and SMS (if you have the VIP plan).

What we are NOT

We are not the Spanish government. We are not affiliated with the Ministry of Interior, the Police, or any Spanish public administration. We don't book appointments on your behalf — that would be illegal under Spanish administrative law. We don't sell appointments. We simply alert you when one becomes available so you can book it yourself on the official site.

Why we exist

Spanish immigration appointments (citas de extranjería) for fingerprints, TIE, NIE and similar procedures are notoriously hard to obtain. Demand is many times higher than supply. Slots are released in random batches and disappear within 60-120 seconds. Refreshing the official site manually is, in practice, a losing battle.

HayCita exists to level the playing field for foreigners trying to legalize their status in Spain. We use legitimate, public-facing data: only what anyone can see by visiting the government site. The difference is that we watch it 24/7 and alert at machine speed.

How it works

  1. You activate an alert for a specific procedure and province.
  2. We monitor the official ICPPlus appointment system continuously.
  3. The moment a slot appears, we send you an email + Telegram (+ SMS in VIP).
  4. You go to the official site and book the appointment yourself.
  5. If no slot appears in 14 days, we refund 100% of your payment.

Legal basis

Service operated from Spain by a registered self-employed professional. Subject to Spanish data protection law (RGPD), Spanish consumer protection law, and the EU Digital Services Act. Tax-registered. Refunds processed via the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
