TIE collection appointment in Madrid: when slots open and how to get alerted

HayCita watches the TIE card collection agenda of the Madrid immigration office: 7 agenda openings detected in the last 90 days, the latest on 2026-09-23 at 14:01 (Madrid time); 4 of the 6 clients who monitored it with us received at least one alert. We alert you; you book the appointment yourself on the official site. HayCita's own observation, last check 2026-10-02. Not Ministry data.

The recogida de TIE is the appointment to pick up your physical card once it has been produced, usually a few weeks after the fingerprinting appointment. In ICPPlus the procedure is Policía - Recogida de tarjeta de identidad de extranjero (TIE). Bring your passport and the fingerprinting receipt (resguardo).

In the province of Madrid ICPPlus lists 15 police stations for this procedure: the two big offices in the city (Avenida de los Poblados, in Aluche, and San Felipe 7) and the stations of Alcalá de Henares, Alcorcón, Aranjuez, Colmenar Viejo, Coslada, Fuenlabrada, Getafe, Leganés, Majadahonda, Móstoles, Parla, Pozuelo de Alarcón and Torrejón de Ardoz. You collect the card where your fingerprints were taken, so only your own station matters. The full list, as our monitor last saw it in the official dropdown, is below.

When you activate an alert with HayCita you tell us your station and we only count an opening there. The alert arrives by email and Telegram (SMS in VIP) with the direct link and a screenshot; you book it yourself, for free, on the official site.

We watch a province and procedure while at least one client has an active alert for it, so the table above shows the date of our last check. We cannot promise you an appointment: the slots belong to the Ministry and open when they open. What we can show is what we observed and the share of our clients who received at least one alert. If we send you no alert within 14 days, you get a 100% automatic refund.

An opening is a window during which slots were visible, not a single slot: repeated sightings within the same window count as one.

What HayCita does, and what it never does

HayCita only watches and alerts. We check the public availability page of the official appointment system (ICPPlus) at a human pace, at most once every 300 seconds per office, and tell you when a slot appears. You book it yourself, with your own details, free of charge, on the official site. We never book on your behalf, never hoard slots, never resell appointments and never use your credentials. Those are the practices the Spanish Ministry of the Interior prosecutes, and none of them is ours. The full legal explanation, quoting the Ministry's own press releases, is at haycita.es/en/legality.
