HayCita watches the fingerprinting (TIE) agenda of the Madrid immigration office: 13 agenda openings detected in the last 90 days, the latest on 2026-09-26 at 08:14 (Madrid time); 25 of the 27 clients who monitored it with us received at least one alert. We alert you; you book the appointment yourself on the official site. HayCita's own observation, last check 2026-10-04. Not Ministry data.
The toma de huellas (fingerprinting) appointment is the step where the Spanish National Police takes your fingerprints and photo to issue or renew your TIE (Tarjeta de Identidad de Extranjero). In Madrid it is handled mainly at the Aluche police station (Avenida de los Poblados). It is one of the most demanded appointments in Spain: slots are published at irregular times and are usually gone within minutes.
The official system is ICPPlus, the appointment website of the Ministry of the Interior. The appointment is free. To book it you select Madrid, the procedure Policía - Toma de huellas (expedición de tarjeta), and enter your NIE or passport, your name and, for renewals, your file number. If the page says «En este momento no hay citas disponibles», there is nothing to do but try again later. That is what HayCita automates: we check the public availability page for you and alert you when it changes.
We cannot promise you an appointment: the slots belong to the Ministry and they open when they open. What we can show is what we observed, above, and the share of our clients who received at least one alert. If we send you no alert within 14 days, you get a 100% automatic refund.

An opening is a window during which slots were visible, not a single slot: repeated sightings within the same window count as one.
HayCita only watches and alerts. We check the public availability page of the official appointment system (ICPPlus) at a human pace, at most once every 300 seconds per office, and tell you when a slot appears. You book it yourself, with your own details, free of charge, on the official site. We never book on your behalf, never hoard slots, never resell appointments and never use your credentials. Those are the practices the Spanish Ministry of the Interior prosecutes, and none of them is ours. The full legal explanation, quoting the Ministry's own press releases, is at haycita.es/en/legality.
