The recogida de TIE is the second appointment of the TIE process: a few weeks after your fingerprints are taken, the physical card is ready and you need a new slot to pick it up. The procedure in ICPPlus is Policía - Recogida de tarjeta de identidad de extranjero (TIE). Bring your passport and the receipt (resguardo) from the fingerprinting appointment.
Two things make Barcelona special. First, you collect the card at the police station that took your fingerprints, so a slot at another station is of no use to you. Second, the agenda for collection is small and opens at irregular times: the official page shows «En este momento no hay citas disponibles» most of the day. The stations ICPPlus offers for this procedure in the province are listed below, as our monitor last saw them in the official dropdown. In the city of Barcelona the TIE office is Rambla Guipúscoa 74.

An opening is a window during which slots were visible, not a single slot: repeated sightings within the same window count as one.
